# Nexcess Managed Magento Store Management

Store management for Magento refers to the day-to-day administrative tasks performed within the Magento Admin Panel to operate your **e-shop**. This includes all aspects of running the **store** itself, from product catalog management to processing customer orders. While Nexcess manages the hosting environment, you are in complete control of the content and configuration of your **store**.

Key store management responsibilities include:

- **Product Management:** Creating and organizing products, including **digital products**, managing inventory, and setting prices.
- **Category Management:** Structuring the navigation and hierarchy of your **store’s** catalog.
- **Order Processing:** Managing the entire order lifecycle, from initial placement to shipping and completion.
- **Customer Accounts:** Administering customer information and account settings.
- **Configuration:** Setting up payment gateways, shipping methods, and tax rules.
