# Nexcess Managed WooCommerce Store Management

Store management encompasses all the day-to-day activities required to run your WooCommerce **e-shop**, performed directly from your WordPress administrative dashboard. While Nexcess manages the hosting platform that powers your site, you are in full control of your **store’s** content, configuration, and operations.

This includes essential tasks such as adding and updating products (including **digital products**), managing inventory levels, processing customer orders, and configuring fundamental **store** settings like payment methods, shipping zones, and tax rules. Effectively managing these areas is key to providing a smooth customer experience and growing your business.
