# GiveWP Forms

Donation forms are a critical component of any fundraising campaign. Every donation to your cause is collected through one of these forms. You can share your donation forms as stand-alone pages or embed them throughout your website using a shortcode or block.

## Managing GiveWP Forms

With GiveWP 4.0, all forms belong to Campaigns. To view or manage a form, you must find it inside its Campaign. The All Forms page is no longer available in navigation to view and manage all of your forms.

Follow these steps to manage your forms:

1. Go to **GiveWP > Campaigns**.
2. Select the Campaign that your form belongs to.
3. Go to the **Forms** tab for that Campaign.
4. You will find all forms associated with that Campaign and can manage existing or add new forms there.

## Embed Forms Anywhere on Your Site

Forms can be used as stand-alone pages or embedded as a [block](https://docs.nexcess.com/software/give/give-form-block/), [shortcode](https://docs.nexcess.com/software/give/give_form/), or even a widget.

## Duplicate a Form

You can duplicate any GiveWP donation form with one click. Simply navigate to the **Forms** tab in your campaign, hover over the form you want to duplicate, and click on the link that says **Duplicate**.

If you still see donation information attached to your duplicated form, navigate to **GiveWP > Tools > Data** (tab) and select the tool **Recalculate Income Amount and Donation Counts for a Form**. That will clear any previously connected donation data from the new form so you can start from scratch.
