# Modifying your DNS records

Do you need to modify the DNS records for your domain, so that you can use it with one of Solid’s products or tools?

Broadly speaking, the provider who is responsible for managing your domain’s DNS records will offer access to a DNS management panel in your account area, where you can modify your DNS records.

However, how you access this panel, and what the process is once you’re there isn’t always clear.
