# How to Complete Agreements, Tax & Banking in Your Apple Developer Account

## **Introduction**

Completing your **Agreements, Tax, and Banking** setup in **App Store Connect** is essential if you plan to sell paid apps or in-app purchases, and to receive proceeds from Apple.

This guide explains how to access the **Agreements, Tax & Banking** section and complete all required tabs **Agreements**, **Tax**, **Banking**, and **Contacts** so you can start distributing and monetizing your iOS app.

## **Accessing Agreements, Tax & Banking**

1. Log in to **App Store Connect** with your Apple Developer account.
2. In the left-hand sidebar, click **Agreements, Tax, and Banking**.
3. On the next screen, complete all required details in each tab:

    - **Agreements** – Review and accept the latest Apple agreements.
    - **Tax** – Complete tax forms as required for your country or region.
    - **Banking** – Enter your bank account information for receiving payments.
    - **Contacts** – Add your legal, finance, and technical contacts.

## **Troubleshooting and FAQs**

**Q: I don’t see any agreements listed.
A: Ensure your Apple Developer Program membership is active and that you’re signed in as the **Account Holder** or an **Admin** on the team.

**Q: My tax forms keep getting rejected.
A: Confirm your legal name, address, and tax ID exactly match your government tax records.

**Q: Bank account validation failed.
A: Verify your account number, routing/IBAN, and confirm your bank supports the payout currency and region.

**Q: Contact updates aren’t saving.
A: Fill out all required fields. If issues persist, log out and back in, or try another browser.

**Q: Can I skip this setup and still sell paid apps?
A: No. Apple requires signed agreements, completed tax details, and valid banking information before you can sell paid apps or in-app purchases.
