# Configuring Eventbrite Tickets

The Eventbrite Tickets plugin allows us to quickly create events on your WordPress site and associate them with tickets over on Eventbrite.com.

Before you can use it and start adding tickets, however, you will need to get your website connected to your Eventbrite account. Since Eventbrite Tickets 4.5, the connection is quick and easy:

1. Navigate to your **WP Admin → Events → Settings > Integrations** tab and click the *Connect to Eventbrite* button.
2. You will be redirected to your [Eventbrite.com](https://www.eventbrite.com/) account.
3. After logging in, you will be asked to allow our *ea.theeventscalendar.com* application to access your account.
4. Once you click “Allow,” your site will be connected and you’ll be redirected to your imports page where you can [import your first event from Eventbrite](https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/importing-events-from-eventbrite-com/).

## Eventbrite Import Settings

In **Eventbrite Tickets 4.5** we added the ability to import Eventbrite events with our Event Aggregator tool (Dashboard **→** Events **→** Imports).

To import events and display tickets on your site, select the Eventbrite Import Origin.

You can modify the default “Status,” “Category,” and “Show Google Map” options for your imports by navigating to **WP Admin → Events → Settings → Imports** tab.

## Remove authorization

If you need to remove authorization from Eventbrite.com, visit **Events → Settings → Integrations** and select the “Remove Authorization” button. You should see the following message:

> Success! You have deauthorized your Eventbrite Application Key.

The Eventbrite ticket section on your WordPress events will no longer display.

If you are using Eventbrite Tickets 4.5, you will click “Disconnect” next to the “Refresh your connection to Eventbrite” button.
