# Event Automator 1.2.0

### Summary

Maintenance Release

This version of Event Automator includes some brand-new features that improve our initial release of this product.

As always, we recommend [testing updates](https://docs.nexcess.com/software/the-events-calendar/creating-and-using-a-wordpress-staging-site/) on a staging site first, but it should all be smooth sailing.

New features included in this release:

- Canceled Event trigger for Zapier.
- Updated Event trigger for Zapier.
- Virtual Event data sent to Zapier for event triggers (new, updated, canceled): event type, video or meeting link, meeting details, etc…

Bugs that were squashed in this release:

- Modify coding to enable the autofill of the license key in our internal licensing tool

#### ✨ Tweaks

New tweaks in this release:

- Ticketing information for event triggers (new, updated, canceled): RSVP and Event Ticket IDs
- Additional event data sent to Zapier for event triggers (new, updated, canceled): website URL, featured image URL, Venue, Organizers, Categories, and tags
- App name added to last API access admin panel
