The latest update of Event Tickets updates common library to correct issues with notifications around licensing.

As always, we recommend[ testing updates](https://docs.nexcess.com/software/the-events-calendar/creating-and-using-a-wordpress-staging-site/) on a staging site first, but it should all be smooth sailing.

#### ✅ Fixes

Bugs squashed in this release:

- Updated common library to correct issues with notifications around licensing.
- Add a callback to remove the `tribe\_pue\_key\_notices` once on upgrade to version 6.5.1.1
- Adjustments were made to prevent a fatal error when tec\_pue\_checker\_init was triggered too early, attempting to call tribe\_is\_truthy() before it was available. The license check and active plugin monitoring now run on admin\_init to ensure proper loading.
- Update the license checker to ignore empty licenses.
