### Summary

Hotfix Release

The latest update of Event Tickets prevents a fatal on update due to a database compatibility issue with MySQL versions prior to 8.0.13.

**Event Tickets 5.24.1.1 is only compatible with Event Tickets Plus 6.6.0 or higher.**

As always, we recommend[ testing updates](https://docs.nexcess.com/software/the-events-calendar/creating-and-using-a-wordpress-staging-site/) on a staging site first, but it should all be smooth sailing.
