Maintenance Release

The latest update of Event Tickets removes duplicate titles and improves Completed Order emails to handle multiple recipients.

As always, we recommend[ testing updates](https://docs.nexcess.com/software/the-events-calendar/creating-and-using-a-wordpress-staging-site/) on a staging site first, but it should all be smooth sailing.

- Removes duplicate page title from the All Tickets page.
- Completed Order email can handle multiple recipients separated by a comma.
