# Events Calendar Pro 5.1.3

Hey there! Events Calendar Pro 5.1.3 is out and features the ability to customize the plural events label with a new filter, as well as additional small tweak.

This is a minor release that should be smooth sailing when updating. That said, it’s always a good idea to [backup](https://docs.nexcess.com/software/the-events-calendar/creating-site-backups/) your site and test changes in a [development environment](https://docs.nexcess.com/software/the-events-calendar/creating-and-using-a-wordpress-staging-site/) before installing this on your live site, as you would with any other WordPress update.

Here are the detailed changes included in the release:

- **Tweak** – We have added a new tribe\_events\_pro\_filter\_views\_v2\_plural\_events\_label filter that allows users to customize the plural events label when using the updated calendar designs.
- **Fix** – We have corrected a variable name typo in the recurrence meta.
- **Fix** – We have removed duplicate queries for [\[tribe\_events\]](https://docs.nexcess.com/software/the-events-calendar/calendar-embed-shortcodes/) and changed defaults to `null` that helps display featured and un-featured events as expected.
- **Language** – 1 new strings added, 53 updated, 2 fuzzied, and 0 obsoleted
