# Events Calendar Pro 6.1.0

### Summary

Maintenance Release

This version of Events Calendar Pro includes several bug fixes and adds plugin info to Site Health.

As always, we recommend [testing updates](https://docs.nexcess.com/software/the-events-calendar/creating-and-using-a-wordpress-staging-site/) on a staging site first, but it should all be smooth sailing.

**Version:** Events Calendar Pro 6.1.0 is only compatible with The Events Calendar 6.1.0 and higher

New features included in this release

- Feature – Add plugin info to Site Health admin page.

#### ✅ Fixed

Bugs that were squashed in this release

- We’ve ensured all the strings in the add event page are translatable.
- We’ve ensured the `Use in Block Editor` option under `Events → Settings → Additional Fields` works as intended.
- We removed our eager schema updates. This was causing a number of `ALTER` statements to be run redundantly. We longer utilize the cache/transients for the last run check as it is not dependable.
- We updated the title tags on events pages, to be more unique and search specific, taking on formats like “Summary of Events from February 2, 2017 – February 3, 2019”.
