### Summary

Maintenance Release

Filter Bar 5.0.0.1 features some quick improvements to the new Filter Bar views, including an improved vertical filter bar appearance.

This is a minor release with no template updates, so it should be smooth sailing when updating. That said, it’s always a good idea to [backup](https://docs.nexcess.com/software/the-events-calendar/creating-site-backups/) your site and test changes in a [development environment](https://docs.nexcess.com/software/the-events-calendar/creating-and-using-a-wordpress-staging-site/) before installing this on your live site, as you would with any other WordPress update.

#### ✅ Fixed

Bugs that were squashed in this release:

- We now prevent Filter Bar from closing when swiping on mobile.
- We resolved an error with some timeouts and SQL errors when multiple filters were applied and views were switched.
- Vertical filter titles now are displayed in bold as originally intended.
- Vertical bar title has proper font size for better visibility.
- Spacing for Select/Multiselect, Checkbox and Radio now match to the correct height.
