# Maintenance Release for the Week of 27 May 2018

Welcome to the eighth maintenance release of 2018! If this is your first time getting an update from us, **maintenance releases are smaller updates between major releases**, and are mostly comprised of bug fixes, tweaks, and small (but meaningful!) improvements. We always recommend using a [staging site](https://docs.nexcess.com/software/the-events-calendar/creating-and-using-a-wordpress-staging-site/) to **test these changes before updating on a live site**. ### The Events Calendar 4.6.17

- **Tweak** – Add tribe\_redirected parameter to enable a visitor to select another view after default mobile redirect, thanks to Marcella for notifying us
- **Fix** – Hide any errors generated by servers that don’t support set\_time\_limit() (props to @jsww for flagging this!)
- **Fix** – Add a warning when the site Timezone is set to UTC
- **Fix** – An issue with organizers and venues not being attached to events on Eventbrite import
- **Fix** – Adjust the Tribe\_\_PUE\_\_Checker $stats creation regarding WordPress multisite installs
- **Language** – 4 new strings added, 170 updated, 1 fuzzied, and 0 obsoleted
 
### Events Calendar PRO 4.4.27

- **Fix** – Resolved problems with date parameter for the week view of \[tribe\_events\]
- **Fix** – Ignore empty exclusions in recurring events
- **Fix** – Parsing of ordinals format in to the recurring section (thanks to Steve for reporting this problem!)
- **Fix** – Modify time-frame limitations to “Related Events” (props @cliffy, @coachsuper and others for flagging this!)
- **Tweak** – Add tribe\_redirected parameter to enable a visitor to select another view after default mobile redirect, thanks to Marcella for notifying us
- **Fix** – Allow optionally showing the Before/After HTML from Event Settings on shortcode-generated calendars (thanks to Ria for reporting this problem in our Help Desk!)
- **Fix** – Hide any errors generated by servers that don’t support set\_time\_limit() (Thanks to Jörg for notifying us!)
- **Fix** – Ensured the “This Week” widget use the date display settings from the settings panel (props to Miguel and @wleideckw for reporting this problem!)
- **Fix** – Display the “loading wheel” when navigating events using \[tribe\_events\] shortcode (Thanks to @atoohill for notifying us!)
- **Fix** – Prevent week view event links to require “double tap” on iPads (props to @sschuler for reporting this problem!)
- **Fix** – Add Filter Bar checkboxes compatibility (props @barberaprode-nl, @kentyn and others for flagging this!)
- **Tweak** – Correct behavior of State/Province field on Settings > Default Content screen
- **Tweak** – Replaced the address attribute with a street attribute in \[tribe\_events\_list\] shortcode and List Widget (Thanks to Sebastien for notifying us!)
- **Language** – 7 new strings added, 126 updated, 1 fuzzied, and 3 obsoleted
 
### Event Tickets 4.7.3

- **Fix** – Display the correct number of attendees on the events list in the admin section (props to @vbt, @xen and others for flagging this!)
- **Fix** – Display the correct number of available tickets on list and day view (Thanks to @designfestbrum, @kaisv and others for reporting this problem!)
- **Fix** – Ensured that the ticket start and end sale date respect the event timezone (props to @Ryan, @Georges, @bcbookprizes for flagging this!)
- **Fix** – Add methods to handle refunds for tickets and fix the attendees report accordingly
- **Fix** – Modify the front end ticket list display so it always displays even when Hide From Event Listings is checked for an event, thanks to @atmedia for reporting
- **Tweak** – Better handle the admin display of ticket prices that are affected WooCommerce Membership discounts (thanks to @cardinalacres, @steamfablab, and others for reporting these issues!)
- **Tweak** – Added a “Return to Cart” link to PayPal tickets form
- **Tweak** – Changed validation on the option ‘Post types that can have tickets’ to allow empty value
- **Language** – 10 new strings added, 170 updated, 1 fuzzied, and 3 obsoleted
 
### Event Tickets Plus 4.7.3

- **Tweak** – Make QR codes optional via new “Enable QR codes for tickets?” option in Tickets settings (applies to users of WooCommerce only at this time)
- **Fix** – Remove attendees from the public list if their order have failed (Thanks @beerddwr for flagging this!)
- **Fix** – Fixed an issue where EDD was throwing insufficient stock error for shared capacity tickets (props to @artstream8401 for reporting this!)
- **Fix** – Clean the attendees cache every time an order is updated, so the changes are reflected immediately (Thanks @bartenderatlas, @artistinformatici, @danceworks and others for reporting!)
- **Fix** – Synchronize the event cost when a WooCommerce sale start or end (Thanks @floydcountrystore for notifying us!)
- **Fix** – Ensured that the tickets start and end sale date respect the event timezone (props @Ryan, @Georges and others for flagging this!)
- **Fix** – Add class to handle WooCommerce order refunds on a ticket basis
- **Fix** – Prevent the event tickets page to break when EDD is deactivated and there were EDD orders
- **Fix** – Add default title to the ticket field set if none provided
- **Fix** – Sanitize HTML classes for ticket attendee details in the admin area (Thanks @Gergana, @ucheng and @mr-d for flagging this!)
- **Fix** – Ignore whitespaces in ticket required fields (props @jonahgirl and @seanaguilar for notifying us!)
- **Fix** – Render ticket fields without label (Thanks @creeert-net and @daviddweb for spotting this!)
- **Tweak** – Made the QR code base URL default to having a trailing slash to prevent issues with some server configurations
- **Tweak** – Added new tribe\_tickets\_qr\_code\_base\_url to allow easy filtering of the QR code base URL
- **Language** – 5 new strings added, 74 updated, 0 fuzzied, and 1 obsoleted
 
### Community Events 4.5.12

- **Fix** – Added method with tribe\_community\_events\_max\_file\_size\_allowed filter to set the max file size allowed
- **Tweak** – Updated views: src/views/community/modules/image.php
- **Language** – 0 new strings added, 8 updated, 0 fuzzied, and 0 obsoleted
 
### Filter Bar 4.5.6

- **Tweak** – Added missing license.txt file
