Promoter 4.1.3 is a minor release that introduces enhancements and fixes for email queue management and improves error handling.

#### ✨ Changed

We made a few changes:

- Updated text and links in the footer.
- Send mail now happens with a failing strategy, which means the message will be sent again after a few minutes if the first attempt fails.

#### ✅ Fixed

We made a handful of fixes:

- Enforcing From/Sender headers on all emails sent. Preventing problems with Caching in the queueing system.
- Aligning template header image left/right will now show correctly.
- When creating a scheduled message, using On Event Start/End Date, the correct date will now be chosen.
- Resolved error occurring with users that have no DNS entries set up.
- Images are set to have an auto height in emails to avoid being vertically skewed.
- Resolved issues with messages not being sent due to unknown errors.
- Prevent webscheme update from throwing an Exception.
