This version of Promoter introduces the Soft Block Feature, a system that automatically manages users with API sync errors.

#### ✨ Features

New features in this release:

- **Soft Block**: A system to automatically manage users experiencing API sync errors 
    - **Automatic User Blocking**: Users are automatically blocked after reaching a configurable error threshold (default: 3 errors within 24 hours)
    - **Admin Management Interface**: New admin panel to view and manage blocked users, including error history and manual block/unblock controls
    - **User Notifications**: Email notifications sent to users when blocked/unblocked with direct links to resolve issues
    - **API Protection**: API sync functionality is disabled for blocked users while maintaining normal web access
    - **Configurable Settings**: Admin-configurable thresholds for error count and time windows
    - **Self-Service Unblocking**: Users can unblock themselves by resolving connection issues through the connection test page
