# The Events Calendar 6.2.2

### Summary

Maintenance Release

This version of The Events Calendar includes compatibility improvements for Event Tickets Emails users.

As always, we recommend [testing updates](https://docs.nexcess.com/software/the-events-calendar/creating-and-using-a-wordpress-staging-site/) on a staging site first, but it should all be smooth sailing!

**The Events Calendar 6.2.2 is only compatible with **Event Tickets 5.6.5** and higher.**

#### ✅ Fixed

Bugs that were squashed in this release:

- When using the Event Tickets email feature the Organizer email and website placeholders will no longer be switched.
- When subscribing to an event, the organizer’s name will not encode as many characters, especially spaces.
