# The Events Calendar 6.6.2

### Summary

Maintenance Release

The latest update of The Events Calendar now includes the Remove Event End Time feature from the Tweaks addon to the Month view.

As always, we recommend[ testing updates](https://docs.nexcess.com/software/the-events-calendar/creating-and-using-a-wordpress-staging-site/) on a staging site first, but it should all be smooth sailing.

New features in this release:

- Adding the Remove Event End Time feature from the Tweaks addon to the Month view.
- Adapt to using the refactored tribe\_asset. Remove some unused asset calls.

- Remove automatic capitalization for the ‘View Calendar’ text on the Calendar List Widget.

Tweaks in this release:

- Add note to `tribe\_create\_venue()`, `tribe\_create\_organizer()`, `tribe\_create\_event()`, `tribe\_update\_event()`, `tribe\_update\_venue()`, `tribe\_update\_organizer()`, `tribe\_delete\_organizer()`, and `tribe\_delete\_venue()` docblocks to indicate future deprecation.
- Add docblocks to `src/Tribe/Featured\_Events/Permalinks\_Helper.php` and `src/Tribe/Featured\_Events/Query\_Helper.php`.
- Changed views: `single-event`
