Maintenance Release

This latest version of Virtual Events resolves an issue with Webex meetings, where the access token was unable to refresh.

As always, we recommend [testing updates](https://docs.nexcess.com/software/the-events-calendar/creating-and-using-a-wordpress-staging-site/) on a staging site first, but it should all be smooth sailing.

- Fixed issue with Webex not being able to refresh the access token due to access to undeclared static property error.
