Manage Your Subscriptions
Learn how to manage your subscription from the customer portal, including reviewing plan details, checking renewal dates, comparing tiers, upgrading or downgrading your plan, managing connected sites, and updating payment methods.
Before you begin
You must be logged in to your customer portal account.
To manage your subscription:
- Log in to the customer portal
- Select Subscriptions from the sidebar
- Locate the Subscription you want to manage
- Click on the Manage button to open the Subscription page

Downloads
The Downloads section lists all plugins, themes, or add-ons included with your tier. Use the version dropdown to download either the latest release or an older version if needed.

If you’re new to the plugins or themes, click Recommended to see what each one does and find out which ones are right for you.

Sites Management
The Sites Management section displays active site usage, your total site allowance, connected domains, and activation dates. From here, you can add a new site, remove an existing site, or purchase additional site capacity.

Comparing Subscription Tiers
You can compare available plans directly from the Subscription page by scrolling to the Actions section and selecting Upgrade Plan.

Once on the Change Plan page, you will see a full breakdown of available tiers, included features, site allowances, and pricing differences.

Higher tiers display an Everything In Previous Tier section so you can quickly see which additional features are included.
Upgrading Your Subscription
Upgrade your subscription whenever you need more features, higher site limits, premium add-ons, or expanded support.
To upgrade, go to the Subscription page, scroll to Actions, and select Upgrade Plan. Choose your new tier, select Confirm & Checkout, and complete the purchase.
Charges are prorated based on your current billing cycle, and your existing Unified License Key updates automatically. Just note that some new premium add-ons may require manual installation on your WordPress site.
Downgrading Your Subscription
Downgrade your subscription if you no longer need your current features or site capacity. Before doing so, ensure your active site count fits the new limits, remove excess connected sites, and review which features will be lost.
To downgrade, go to the Subscription page, scroll to Actions, select Upgrade Plan, pick the lower tier, and confirm.
Once effective, renewal pricing updates automatically, higher-tier features are removed, and specific add-ons may stop working, though your Unified License Key stays active.
Managing Payment Methods
To assign a payment method to your subscription, first add one by navigating to Settings > Account in the left menu, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and clicking Add Payment Method.

You can then choose your preferred payment method: Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.

Troubleshooting
I Can’t Add Another Site
Your subscription has reached its activation limit. Either:
- remove an unused connected site
- or purchase additional site capacity
My License Still Shows the Old Tier
Refresh the license status from your WordPress site’s license settings page to sync the updated subscription information.
I Don’t See a Subscription I Purchased
Confirm you’re logged in using the same email address used during checkout. If the subscription is still missing, contact Support.
The Download Button Isn’t Working
Downloads are only available for active subscriptions. If your subscription has expired, renew it before attempting another download.
The Renewal Date Looks Incorrect
Renewals are aligned to your account’s shared renewal cycle rather than individual purchase dates. If the date still appears incorrect, contact Account Services.
